Participant Meeting Minute (PMM)
ClearMeet tariffs are based on a unit called the Participant Meeting Minute (PMM for short). For each minute a participant is in meeting, they use one PMM. Thus a meeting of 20 minutes for five participants would consume a total of 100 PMMs. Here are three further examples of how 100 PMMs could be divided up...
Multiple Rooms, One Rate
To keep things simple, ClearMeet contract rates are based on whole meeting hours per month (i.e. 600 mins = 10 hours). Rates are constant no matter what the time of day. Simply decide which rate best suits your requirements. You may have as many rooms as you like on your account at the same rate with unique access privileges for each.
Choices, choices ... well, one actually
Just as mobile phone operators appreciate that not everyone likes to commit to a contract, so we give you the same simple choice: 'pay-as-you-go' (PAYG - no contract) or 'pre-pay' (contract). Meeting facilities are identical for both options; the only difference is the amount you pay for a participant meeting minute.

Pre-pay contracts have no set-up fee. Minimum contract duration is 3 months.
PAYG contracts have a £25 set-up fee. There is no minimum contract duration.
Contract Overrun (PMM+)
Should you exceed the monthly pre-pay limit, we won't just cut you off mid-meeting. Instead, we charge an 'overrun' rate for the remainder of the meeting or meetings that month. If you find that you are constantly running over your limit, you may upgrade your contract to a more suitable level without penalty (upgrades apply from the start of the next calendar month).
Double Minutes
Because you're not likely to know exactly which contract will best suit your needs, we provide double minutes for the first month of your contract at no extra cost. It's our way of saying 'welcome'.
Credit 'Carry-over'
Not used all your credit one month? No problem. All contracts include credit 'carry-over' no matter how many PMMs you have left - you've paid for them, its only fair that you can use them.
