Create Your Meeting Rooms
Within Account Manager, the room summary pane (above) provides the ability to add as many rooms as you need. Every room is optimised for up to ten simultaneous ADSL participants and provides the perfect balance between all the media types (audio, video, chat, whiteboard and web browser). All you need to do is decide what you want the room to be called - it couldn't be simpler.
Monitor Room Use
The pane also provides an at-a-glance summary of the full list of your rooms, the contract under which they are operating, whether they are currently enabled, who is currently using them and what quantity of usage / overrun applies this month.
Edit Room
Clicking on the name of a room takes you to the Edit Room page (below). From here you can change the room name and its operating schedule. You can select which users should be able to use it and whether or not they should have moderator status. You can even arrange a meeting, having the chosen users notified automatically via e-mail. This e-mail includes an attached iCalendar that users can import automatically into their personal calendaring software.
This page additionally provides an up-to-the-minute itemised usage listing for the current month.

Our versatile and intuitive scheduling facility ensures that your rooms are only available when needed and inaccessable otherwise. Create unlimited variations and adjust them at will from 'business hours' to 'Sunday @ 7pm'. Ideal for regular team sessions, training or online learning events.
Use schedules to protect your contract minutes by ensuring that rooms can't be used privately or unproductively.
Assemble Your Virtual Team
Add near-limitless users to your account simply by entering their full name, contact e-mail address and selecting their role (access rights). ClearMeet will automatically notify them with a brief welcoming e-mail containing their unique login and password. Editing the user (by clicking on their name) allows for the alteration of access rights, the changing of pertinent details and the re-emailing of access details.
Check Your Bill
Account mangaer stores copies of all your previous invoices. Click on any one of these to see an itemised breakdown of costs by room and user - including meeting-minute balance information. Account manager will even advise you when to upgrade to a more cost-effective contract based on your previous usage (by highlighting your overrun explicitly).
